Ethiza Learning Ltd. provides educational worksheet packs in printed format. All products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

All content, including worksheets, designs, and materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our materials without prior written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur in printed materials.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment providers.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party courier services, including Royal Mail and Evri.

Where free downloadable samples are provided, they are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Ethiza Learning Ltd.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
