This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by Ethiza Learning Ltd.
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
We use trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail and Evri. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier issues beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at learning@ethiza.com, and we will investigate with the courier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we may charge a redelivery fee.
Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
