Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Ethiza Learning Ltd.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in a resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at learning@ethiza.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns must be sent using our designated courier partners (Royal Mail or Evri). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Free downloadable sample materials are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
