Free UK delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
At Ethiza Learning, UK delivery is free on all orders. We want getting your child's learning packs to be simple and affordable, with no unexpected delivery charges at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders the same working day when they are placed before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm will normally be dispatched as soon as possible. We often manage to dispatch later orders on the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
How will my order be delivered?
We normally use Royal Mail Tracked 48® for UK deliveries where this service is available.
For orders with a total value of £40 or more, we will normally upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24® at no additional cost.
Depending on the delivery address, service availability or operational requirements, we may use another trusted delivery provider, such as Evri or Yodel. This is particularly relevant for some deliveries to Northern Ireland.
The delivery service used for your order is selected by us based on the destination and the most suitable available service.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48® service is intended to provide delivery within approximately 2 working days after dispatch.
Orders of £40 or more are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24®, which is intended to provide delivery within approximately 1 working day after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather, busy periods or other operational issues.
We will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Express Delivery
We may also offer an Express Delivery option for customers who would like their order sooner.
When available, Express Delivery will appear as an additional paid delivery option at checkout. The price and service available will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Delivery to Northern Ireland
We deliver to Northern Ireland and, depending on the address and available services, may use Royal Mail or another suitable delivery provider such as Evri or Yodel.
The available delivery service will be selected according to the destination and current service availability.
Tracking your order
Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.
You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery.
